Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Stanislav Kremsa, the maker of Catoomi ("we"), for using the Catoomi game. By playing, you agree to them. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian should read them with you.

1. The game and your account

• You can play as a guest; friends, chat, contests, leagues and ratings need an account.
• One cat per player: your cat belongs to your account. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Use one account of your own. Don't use someone else's account and don't sell or hand over yours.
• Your nickname and photo must not be offensive, misleading or someone else's.

2. Being kind to others

In the chat, names, photos and everything you share, please don't:

• insult, threaten, harass or bully anyone;
• share anything sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise inappropriate;
• spam, advertise or send links to scams;
• ask for or share personal information (address, phone, school, passwords);
• cheat, use bugs on purpose, or interfere with the game or its server.

Players can report and block each other. We may remove content, limit features or suspend and delete accounts that break these rules.

3. Coins, crystals and items

Coins, crystals, outfits, decor and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no real-money value, can't be exchanged for money or transferred to others, and you get a licence to use them in the game, not ownership. We may change their prices, balance and how they work as the game develops.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

• Purchases with real money are made through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply too. A player without an account is asked to create one first, so purchases are kept on the account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Where the law of your country gives you more rights, they apply.
• The Catoomi Club subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the next period. Deleting the game or your account doesn't cancel it.
• Purchased items are added to your account; if something didn't arrive, use "Restore purchases" in the store or write to us.

5. The game may change

We keep improving Catoomi, so features, items and events may change, be added or be removed. We try hard to keep the game running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable.

6. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, lost data or progress caused by things beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

7. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time: in the game (Profile → Delete account) or on our account deletion page. Deleting the account deletes its cat and progress for good. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without taking away the protection that the law of your country gives you as a consumer. Questions? Write to [email protected]. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ці умови — угода між тобою та Станіславом Кремсою, автором Catoomi («ми»), щодо користування грою Catoomi. Граючи, ти погоджуєшся з ними. Якщо ти неповнолітній, прочитай їх разом із батьками чи опікуном.

1. Гра й твій акаунт

• Грати можна гостем; для друзів, чату, конкурсів, ліг і рейтингів потрібен акаунт.
• Один кіт на гравця: твій кіт належить твоєму акаунту. Бережи пароль: за те, що відбувається в акаунті, відповідаєш ти.
• Користуйся одним власним акаунтом. Не заходь у чужі й не продавай і не передавай свій.
• Нікнейм і фото не мають бути образливими, оманливими чи чужими.

2. Будь добрим до інших

У чаті, іменах, фото й усьому, чим ти ділишся, будь ласка, не:

• ображай, не погрожуй, не переслідуй і не цькуй нікого;
• поширюй сексуального, жорстокого, ненависницького чи іншого неприйнятного;
• розсилай спам, рекламу чи посилання на шахрайство;
• питай і не поширюй особисту інформацію (адресу, телефон, школу, паролі);
• шахруй, не використовуй помилки гри навмисно й не втручайся в роботу гри чи сервера.

Гравці можуть скаржитися один на одного й блокувати. Ми можемо видаляти вміст, обмежувати можливості, призупиняти й видаляти акаунти, що порушують ці правила.

3. Монети, кристали й речі

Монети, кристали, одяг, декор та інші речі в грі — частина гри. Вони не мають грошової вартості, їх не можна обміняти на гроші чи передати іншим; ти отримуєш право користуватися ними в грі, а не право власності. Ми можемо змінювати їхні ціни, баланс і те, як вони працюють, у міру розвитку гри.

4. Покупки й підписки

• Покупки за справжні гроші здійснюються через App Store або Google Play, і їхні умови теж діють. Гравця без акаунта спершу просять створити акаунт, щоб покупки зберігалися в ньому.
• Повернення коштів обробляють Apple чи Google за своїми правилами. Якщо закон твоєї країни дає більше прав, діють вони.
• Підписка Клуб Catoomi продовжується автоматично, доки ти її не скасуєш. Керувати нею й скасувати можна в налаштуваннях акаунта App Store чи Google Play, щонайменше за 24 години до наступного періоду. Видалення гри чи акаунта підписку не скасовує.
• Куплене додається до акаунта; якщо щось не прийшло, натисни «Відновити покупки» в магазині або напиши нам.

5. Гра може змінюватися

Ми постійно покращуємо Catoomi, тож можливості, речі й події можуть змінюватися, з'являтися чи зникати. Ми дуже стараємося, щоб гра працювала, але вона надається «як є» і часом може бути недоступна.

6. Відповідальність

Наскільки дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, втрату даних чи прогресу з причин, які від нас не залежать. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує прав, які тобі дає законодавство про захист споживачів і які не можна виключити.

7. Припинення

Ти можеш перестати грати й видалити акаунт будь-коли: у грі (Профіль → Видалити акаунт) або на сторінці видалення акаунта. Видалення акаунта назавжди видаляє його кота й прогрес. Ми можемо призупинити чи закрити акаунт, який серйозно або неодноразово порушує ці умови.

8. Право й контакт

Ці умови регулюються правом України, не позбавляючи тебе захисту, який дає тобі як споживачеві право твоєї країни. Питання? Пиши на [email protected]. Як ми поводимося з даними, описано в Політиці конфіденційності.

Diese Bedingungen sind die Vereinbarung zwischen dir und Stanislav Kremsa, dem Entwickler von Catoomi („wir“), über die Nutzung des Spiels Catoomi. Mit dem Spielen stimmst du ihnen zu. Wenn du minderjährig bist, sollten deine Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten sie mit dir lesen.

1. Das Spiel und dein Konto

• Du kannst als Gast spielen; Freunde, Chat, Wettbewerbe, Ligen und Ranglisten brauchen ein Konto.
• Eine Katze pro Spieler: Deine Katze gehört zu deinem Konto. Schütze dein Passwort; du bist für das verantwortlich, was in deinem Konto geschieht.
• Nutze ein eigenes Konto. Nutze keine fremden Konten und verkaufe oder übergib deins nicht.
• Spitzname und Foto dürfen nicht beleidigend, irreführend oder von jemand anderem sein.

2. Freundlich zu anderen

Im Chat, in Namen, Fotos und allem, was du teilst, bitte nicht:

• jemanden beleidigen, bedrohen, belästigen oder mobben;
• Sexuelles, Gewalttätiges, Hasserfülltes oder anderweitig Unangemessenes teilen;
• Spam, Werbung oder Links zu Betrug senden;
• nach persönlichen Daten fragen oder sie teilen (Adresse, Telefon, Schule, Passwörter);
• betrügen, Fehler absichtlich ausnutzen oder das Spiel oder seinen Server stören.

Spieler können einander melden und blockieren. Wir können Inhalte entfernen, Funktionen einschränken sowie Konten, die gegen diese Regeln verstoßen, sperren und löschen.

3. Münzen, Kristalle und Gegenstände

Münzen, Kristalle, Kleidung, Deko und andere Gegenstände sind Teil des Spiels. Sie haben keinen Geldwert, können nicht gegen Geld getauscht oder an andere übertragen werden, und du erhältst eine Lizenz zur Nutzung im Spiel, kein Eigentum. Wir können Preise, Balance und Funktionsweise im Laufe der Entwicklung ändern.

4. Käufe und Abos

• Käufe mit echtem Geld erfolgen über den App Store oder Google Play; deren Bedingungen gelten ebenfalls. Ein Spieler ohne Konto wird zuerst gebeten, eines zu erstellen, damit Käufe im Konto gespeichert werden.
• Erstattungen wickeln Apple oder Google nach ihren Regeln ab. Gibt dir das Recht deines Landes mehr Rechte, gelten diese.
• Das Abo Catoomi-Club verlängert sich automatisch, bis du es kündigst. Du verwaltest und kündigst es in den Einstellungen deines App-Store- oder Google-Play-Kontos, spätestens 24 Stunden vor dem nächsten Zeitraum. Das Löschen des Spiels oder Kontos kündigt es nicht.
• Gekauftes wird deinem Konto hinzugefügt; fehlt etwas, nutze „Käufe wiederherstellen“ im Shop oder schreib uns.

5. Das Spiel kann sich ändern

Wir verbessern Catoomi ständig, daher können sich Funktionen, Gegenstände und Events ändern, hinzukommen oder wegfallen. Wir bemühen uns sehr, das Spiel verfügbar zu halten, es wird jedoch „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt und kann zeitweise nicht verfügbar sein.

6. Haftung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für indirekte Schäden oder den Verlust von Daten oder Fortschritt aus Gründen außerhalb unserer Kontrolle. Nichts in diesen Bedingungen schränkt Rechte ein, die dir das Verbraucherrecht zwingend gewährt.

7. Beendigung

Du kannst jederzeit aufhören zu spielen und dein Konto löschen: im Spiel (Profil → Konto löschen) oder auf unserer Seite zum Löschen des Kontos. Das Löschen des Kontos löscht seine Katze und den Fortschritt endgültig. Wir können ein Konto sperren oder beenden, das schwer oder wiederholt gegen diese Bedingungen verstößt.

8. Recht und Kontakt

Für diese Bedingungen gilt ukrainisches Recht, ohne dir den Schutz zu nehmen, den dir das Recht deines Landes als Verbraucher gewährt. Fragen? Schreib an [email protected]. Wie wir mit Daten umgehen, steht in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.

Estas condiciones son el acuerdo entre tú y Stanislav Kremsa, creador de Catoomi («nosotros»), para usar el juego Catoomi. Al jugar, las aceptas. Si eres menor de edad, léelas con tus padres o tutores.

1. El juego y tu cuenta

• Puedes jugar como invitado; los amigos, el chat, los concursos, las ligas y las clasificaciones necesitan una cuenta.
• Un gato por jugador: tu gato pertenece a tu cuenta. Protege tu contraseña; eres responsable de lo que ocurra en tu cuenta.
• Usa una cuenta propia. No uses cuentas ajenas ni vendas ni cedas la tuya.
• Tu apodo y tu foto no deben ser ofensivos, engañosos ni de otra persona.

2. Sé amable con los demás

En el chat, los nombres, las fotos y todo lo que compartas, por favor, no:

• insultes, amenaces, acoses ni hostigues a nadie;
• compartas nada sexual, violento, de odio o inapropiado;
• envíes spam, publicidad ni enlaces a estafas;
• pidas ni compartas datos personales (dirección, teléfono, colegio, contraseñas);
• hagas trampas, aproveches errores a propósito ni interfieras en el juego o su servidor.

Los jugadores pueden denunciarse y bloquearse. Podemos retirar contenido, limitar funciones y suspender o eliminar cuentas que incumplan estas normas.

3. Monedas, cristales y objetos

Las monedas, los cristales, la ropa, la decoración y otros objetos forman parte del juego. No tienen valor monetario, no se pueden cambiar por dinero ni transferir a otros, y recibes una licencia para usarlos en el juego, no su propiedad. Podemos cambiar sus precios, su equilibrio y su funcionamiento a medida que el juego evoluciona.

4. Compras y suscripciones

• Las compras con dinero real se hacen a través del App Store o Google Play, y también se aplican sus condiciones. A un jugador sin cuenta se le pide primero que cree una, para que las compras se guarden en ella.
• Los reembolsos los gestionan Apple o Google según sus normas. Si la ley de tu país te da más derechos, se aplican.
• La suscripción Club Catoomi se renueva automáticamente hasta que la canceles. La gestionas y cancelas en los ajustes de tu cuenta del App Store o Google Play, al menos 24 horas antes del siguiente periodo. Eliminar el juego o la cuenta no la cancela.
• Lo comprado se añade a tu cuenta; si algo no ha llegado, usa «Restaurar compras» en la tienda o escríbenos.

5. El juego puede cambiar

Mejoramos Catoomi constantemente, así que las funciones, los objetos y los eventos pueden cambiar, añadirse o desaparecer. Nos esforzamos por mantener el juego disponible, pero se ofrece «tal cual» y a veces puede no estar disponible.

6. Responsabilidad

En la medida que permita la ley, no respondemos de daños indirectos ni de la pérdida de datos o progreso por causas ajenas a nuestro control. Nada en estas condiciones limita los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de consumo y que no pueden excluirse.

7. Fin

Puedes dejar de jugar y eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras: en el juego (Perfil → Eliminar cuenta) o en nuestra página para eliminar la cuenta. Eliminar la cuenta elimina para siempre su gato y su progreso. Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que incumpla estas condiciones de forma grave o reiterada.

8. Ley y contacto
