Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Catoomi game (the app and its server) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as the game needs. There are no ads in Catoomi, we don't sell data and we don't use advertising trackers.

1. Who is responsible

Catoomi is made by Stanislav Kremsa, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) in Ukraine, Mynaiska St 34, 88015 Uzhhorod ("we"); see the contact page. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

Playing as a guest

You can play without an account. Your cat and progress are then kept only on your phone. We receive an anonymous install ID with the steps of the first session (for example, that the kitten was fed) and, if "Share statistics" is on, anonymous gameplay statistics.

With an account

• Account: nickname, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), or the ID from Sign in with Google or Apple; the game's language; your country (filled in from your phone's region, you can change it); a profile photo if you add one; your player code.
• Your cat: its save (looks, name, level, needs, items, coins and crystals), its picture for friends, ratings and the contest, its level and scores.
• Friends and play together: friends and requests, invitations, chat messages with friends, gifts, visits, contest entries and votes, weekly records and league points.
• Safety: reports you send or receive and players you block.
• Purchases: what was bought in the game and when. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card or payment details.
• Notifications: your device's push token, if you allow notifications.
• Technical data: IP address, app version and server logs, kept to run and protect the service.
• Statistics: session length and what is done in the game (care, games, shop), to make the game better. You can turn this off at any time: Settings → "Share statistics".
• Support: what you write to us and your email, so we can answer.

3. Why we use it

• To run the game and keep your cat and progress safe, also on a new phone (performance of our agreement with you).
• For friends, chat, gifts, contests, leagues and ratings, which you choose to use (performance of the agreement).
• To keep players safe: moderation of reports, blocking, preventing cheating and abuse (our legitimate interest).
• To improve the game with statistics (our legitimate interest; you can turn it off), and to answer you (your request).
• For a profile photo and notifications, only if you allow them (your consent, which you can withdraw).

4. Who sees it

Other players see your nickname, country flag, profile photo (or your cat's face), your cat's picture and level, your place in ratings and contests. Friends also see when you were last in the game and their chats with you. Your email is never shown to other players.

We use service providers who process data for us: our hosting provider (the game's server and database), Cloudflare (the network in front of the server), an email delivery service (codes and replies), and Apple and Google (sign-in, purchases, notifications). They may only use the data to provide their service to us. Some of them may process data outside your country, with the safeguards the law requires.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Account data, your cat, friends and chats are kept until you delete your account; then they are deleted from the server. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Statistics may be kept in a form that no longer identifies you. Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases under their policies.

6. Your rights

You can see, correct and download your data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and delete your account and all its data at any time: in the game (Profile → Delete account) or on our account deletion page. For anything else, write to us. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

7. Children

Catoomi is a gentle game for everyone. Anyone can play as a guest without giving personal data. Friends, chat and contests need an account: if you are under 13 (or under the age your country sets), ask a parent or guardian before creating one. If we learn that a child created an account without that permission, we delete it. Parents can write to us at any time.

8. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and access to the server is limited to what's needed to run the game.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we'll tell you in the game.

Ця політика пояснює, які дані збирає гра Catoomi (застосунок і його сервер), навіщо і що ти можеш з цим зробити. Ми збираємо лише те, що потрібно грі. У Catoomi немає реклами, ми не продаємо дані й не використовуємо рекламних трекерів.

Гра гостем

Грати можна без акаунта. Тоді кіт і прогрес зберігаються лише на твоєму телефоні. Ми отримуємо анонімний ідентифікатор встановлення з кроками першої сесії (наприклад, що кошеня нагодували) і, якщо увімкнено «Ділитися статистикою», анонімну статистику гри.

З акаунтом

• Акаунт: нікнейм, пошта, пароль (зберігається лише як захищений хеш) або ідентифікатор входу через Google чи Apple; мова гри; країна (підставляється з регіону телефона, можна змінити); фото профілю, якщо ти його додаси; код гравця.
• Твій кіт: його збереження (вигляд, ім'я, рівень, потреби, речі, монети й кристали), картинка для друзів, рейтингів і конкурсу, рівень і рекорди.
• Друзі й спільна гра: друзі й запити, запрошення, повідомлення в чаті з друзями, подарунки, візити, участь і голоси в конкурсі, тижневі рекорди й очки ліги.
• Безпека: скарги, які ти надсилаєш чи отримуєш, і гравці, яких ти заблокував.
• Покупки: що й коли куплено в грі. Оплату обробляють Apple чи Google; дані картки ми ніколи не бачимо.
• Сповіщення: токен пристрою, якщо ти дозволив сповіщення.
• Технічні дані: IP-адреса, версія застосунку й журнали сервера — щоб сервіс працював і був захищеним.
• Статистика: тривалість сесій і що робиться в грі (догляд, ігри, магазин) — щоб робити гру кращою. Вимкнути можна будь-коли: Налаштування → «Ділитися статистикою».
• Підтримка: те, що ти нам пишеш, і твоя пошта, щоб ми могли відповісти.

3. Навіщо

• Щоб гра працювала, а кіт і прогрес були в безпеці, зокрема на новому телефоні (виконання нашої угоди з тобою).
• Для друзів, чату, подарунків, конкурсів, ліг і рейтингів, якими ти вирішуєш користуватися (виконання угоди).
• Щоб гравцям було безпечно: розгляд скарг, блокування, захист від шахрайства й зловживань (наш законний інтерес).
• Щоб покращувати гру за статистикою (законний інтерес; її можна вимкнути) і щоб відповідати тобі (твій запит).
• Фото профілю й сповіщення — лише якщо ти їх дозволиш (твоя згода, яку можна відкликати).

4. Хто це бачить

Інші гравці бачать твій нікнейм, прапорець країни, фото профілю (або мордочку твого кота), картинку й рівень кота, місце в рейтингах і конкурсах. Друзі бачать також, коли ти востаннє був у грі, і свої чати з тобою. Твоя пошта ніколи не показується іншим гравцям.

Ми користуємося постачальниками послуг, які обробляють дані для нас: хостинг (сервер і база даних гри), Cloudflare (мережа перед сервером), сервіс доставки пошти (коди й відповіді), а також Apple і Google (вхід, покупки, сповіщення). Вони можуть використовувати дані лише для надання нам своєї послуги. Частина з них може обробляти дані за межами твоєї країни із захистом, якого вимагає закон.

Органам влади дані передаються лише тоді, коли цього вимагає закон.

5. Скільки зберігаємо

Дані акаунта, кіт, друзі й чати зберігаються, доки ти не видалиш акаунт; тоді вони видаляються із сервера. Журнали сервера — до 90 днів. Статистика може зберігатися у вигляді, з якого тебе вже не впізнати. Apple і Google зберігають власні записи про покупки за своїми правилами.

6. Твої права

Ти можеш переглянути, виправити й отримати свої дані, заперечити проти їх використання чи обмежити його, відкликати згоду, а також будь-коли видалити акаунт з усіма даними: у грі (Профіль → Видалити акаунт) або на сторінці видалення акаунта. З усього іншого пиши нам. Якщо вважаєш, що ми поводимося з даними неправильно, можеш поскаржитися й до органу захисту даних своєї країни.

7. Діти

Catoomi — лагідна гра для всіх. Будь-хто може грати гостем, не даючи особистих даних. Для друзів, чату й конкурсів потрібен акаунт: якщо тобі менше 13 років (або віку, встановленого у твоїй країні), спитай дозволу в батьків чи опікуна, перш ніж його створювати. Якщо ми дізнаємося, що дитина створила акаунт без такого дозволу, ми його видалимо. Батьки можуть написати нам будь-коли.

8. Безпека

Дані передаються зашифрованими з'єднаннями (HTTPS), паролі зберігаються лише як захищені хеші, а доступ до сервера обмежено тим, що потрібно для роботи гри.

9. Зміни

Ми можемо оновлювати цю політику разом із грою. Дата вгорі показує останню версію; про важливі зміни ми повідомимо в грі.

Diese Erklärung beschreibt, welche Daten das Spiel Catoomi (die App und ihr Server) erhebt, wozu, und was du dagegen tun kannst. Wir erheben nur, was das Spiel braucht. In Catoomi gibt es keine Werbung, wir verkaufen keine Daten und nutzen keine Werbe-Tracker.

1. Verantwortlicher

Catoomi wird von Stanislav Kremsa entwickelt, Einzelunternehmer (FOP) in der Ukraine, Mynaiska St 34, 88015 Uschhorod („wir“); siehe Impressum. Bei allen Fragen zu deinen Daten schreib an [email protected].

2. Was wir erheben

Spielen als Gast

Du kannst ohne Konto spielen. Deine Katze und dein Fortschritt bleiben dann nur auf deinem Handy. Wir erhalten eine anonyme Installations-ID mit den Schritten der ersten Sitzung (zum Beispiel, dass das Kätzchen gefüttert wurde) und, wenn „Statistik teilen“ an ist, anonyme Spielstatistiken.

Mit Konto

• Konto: Spitzname, E-Mail, Passwort (nur als sicherer Hash gespeichert) oder die ID der Anmeldung mit Google oder Apple; die Spielsprache; dein Land (aus der Region deines Handys vorausgefüllt, änderbar); ein Profilfoto, wenn du eins hinzufügst; dein Spielercode.
• Deine Katze: ihr Spielstand (Aussehen, Name, Level, Bedürfnisse, Sachen, Münzen und Kristalle), ihr Bild für Freunde, Ranglisten und den Wettbewerb, ihr Level und ihre Rekorde.
• Freunde und gemeinsames Spielen: Freunde und Anfragen, Einladungen, Chatnachrichten mit Freunden, Geschenke, Besuche, Wettbewerbsteilnahmen und Stimmen, Wochenrekorde und Ligapunkte.
• Sicherheit: Meldungen, die du sendest oder erhältst, und Spieler, die du blockierst.
• Käufe: was im Spiel wann gekauft wurde. Die Zahlung wickeln Apple oder Google ab; Karten- oder Zahlungsdaten sehen wir nie.
• Benachrichtigungen: das Push-Token deines Geräts, wenn du Benachrichtigungen erlaubst.
• Technische Daten: IP-Adresse, App-Version und Server-Protokolle, um den Dienst zu betreiben und zu schützen.
• Statistik: Sitzungsdauer und was im Spiel getan wird (Pflege, Spiele, Shop), um das Spiel zu verbessern. Du kannst das jederzeit abschalten: Einstellungen → „Statistik teilen“.
• Support: was du uns schreibst, und deine E-Mail, damit wir antworten können.

3. Wozu

• Um das Spiel zu betreiben und deine Katze und deinen Fortschritt zu sichern, auch auf einem neuen Handy (Erfüllung unseres Vertrags mit dir).
• Für Freunde, Chat, Geschenke, Wettbewerbe, Ligen und Ranglisten, die du nutzen möchtest (Vertragserfüllung).
• Für die Sicherheit der Spieler: Bearbeitung von Meldungen, Blockieren, Schutz vor Betrug und Missbrauch (unser berechtigtes Interesse).
• Um das Spiel mit Statistiken zu verbessern (berechtigtes Interesse; abschaltbar) und dir zu antworten (deine Anfrage).
• Für ein Profilfoto und Benachrichtigungen nur, wenn du sie erlaubst (deine Einwilligung, die du widerrufen kannst).

4. Wer es sieht

Andere Spieler sehen deinen Spitznamen, die Länderflagge, dein Profilfoto (oder das Gesicht deiner Katze), Bild und Level deiner Katze sowie deine Plätze in Ranglisten und Wettbewerben. Freunde sehen außerdem, wann du zuletzt im Spiel warst, und ihre Chats mit dir. Deine E-Mail wird anderen Spielern nie gezeigt.

Wir nutzen Dienstleister, die Daten für uns verarbeiten: unseren Hosting-Anbieter (Server und Datenbank des Spiels), Cloudflare (das Netzwerk vor dem Server), einen E-Mail-Versanddienst (Codes und Antworten) sowie Apple und Google (Anmeldung, Käufe, Benachrichtigungen). Sie dürfen die Daten nur nutzen, um uns ihren Dienst zu erbringen. Einige verarbeiten Daten möglicherweise außerhalb deines Landes, mit den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Garantien.

An Behörden geben wir Daten nur weiter, wenn das Gesetz es verlangt.

5. Wie lange wir sie aufbewahren

Kontodaten, deine Katze, Freunde und Chats werden aufbewahrt, bis du dein Konto löschst; dann werden sie vom Server gelöscht. Server-Protokolle werden bis zu 90 Tage aufbewahrt. Statistiken können in einer Form aufbewahrt werden, die dich nicht mehr identifiziert. Apple und Google bewahren eigene Kaufunterlagen nach ihren Richtlinien auf.

6. Deine Rechte

Du kannst deine Daten einsehen, berichtigen und herunterladen, ihrer Nutzung widersprechen oder sie einschränken, eine Einwilligung widerrufen und dein Konto mit allen Daten jederzeit löschen: im Spiel (Profil → Konto löschen) oder auf unserer Seite zum Löschen des Kontos. Für alles andere schreib uns. Wenn du meinst, dass wir deine Daten falsch behandeln, kannst du dich auch bei der Datenschutzbehörde deines Landes beschweren.

7. Kinder

Catoomi ist ein sanftes Spiel für alle. Jeder kann als Gast spielen, ohne persönliche Daten anzugeben. Freunde, Chat und Wettbewerbe brauchen ein Konto: Wenn du unter 13 bist (oder unter dem in deinem Land festgelegten Alter), frag vor dem Erstellen deine Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten. Erfahren wir, dass ein Kind ohne diese Erlaubnis ein Konto erstellt hat, löschen wir es. Eltern können uns jederzeit schreiben.

8. Sicherheit

Daten werden über verschlüsselte Verbindungen (HTTPS) übertragen, Passwörter nur als sichere Hashes gespeichert, und der Zugriff auf den Server ist auf das beschränkt, was der Betrieb des Spiels erfordert.

9. Änderungen

Wir können diese Erklärung anpassen, wenn sich das Spiel ändert. Das Datum oben zeigt die neueste Fassung; über wichtige Änderungen informieren wir im Spiel.

2. Qué recogemos

Jugar como invitado

Puedes jugar sin cuenta. Tu gato y tu progreso se guardan entonces solo en tu teléfono. Recibimos un identificador de instalación anónimo con los pasos de la primera sesión (por ejemplo, que se dio de comer al gatito) y, si «Compartir estadísticas» está activado, estadísticas de juego anónimas.

Con una cuenta

• Cuenta: apodo, correo, contraseña (guardada solo como hash seguro) o el identificador de inicio de sesión con Google o Apple; el idioma del juego; tu país (se rellena con la región del teléfono, puedes cambiarlo); una foto de perfil si la añades; tu código de jugador.
• Tu gato: su partida (aspecto, nombre, nivel, necesidades, objetos, monedas y cristales), su imagen para amigos, clasificaciones y el concurso, su nivel y récords.
• Amigos y juego en compañía: amigos y solicitudes, invitaciones, mensajes de chat con amigos, regalos, visitas, participaciones y votos en el concurso, récords semanales y puntos de liga.
• Seguridad: denuncias que envías o recibes y jugadores que bloqueas.
• Compras: qué se compró en el juego y cuándo. El pago lo gestionan Apple o Google; nunca vemos los datos de tu tarjeta o pago.
• Notificaciones: el token push de tu dispositivo, si permites las notificaciones.
• Datos técnicos: dirección IP, versión de la app y registros del servidor, para que el servicio funcione y esté protegido.
• Estadísticas: duración de las sesiones y qué se hace en el juego (cuidados, juegos, tienda), para mejorar el juego. Puedes desactivarlas cuando quieras: Ajustes → «Compartir estadísticas».
• Soporte: lo que nos escribes y tu correo, para poder responderte.

3. Para qué

• Para que el juego funcione y tu gato y tu progreso estén a salvo, también en un teléfono nuevo (ejecución de nuestro acuerdo contigo).
• Para amigos, chat, regalos, concursos, ligas y clasificaciones, que decides usar (ejecución del acuerdo).
• Para la seguridad de los jugadores: revisión de denuncias, bloqueos, prevención de trampas y abusos (nuestro interés legítimo).
• Para mejorar el juego con estadísticas (interés legítimo; se pueden desactivar) y para responderte (tu solicitud).
• Para la foto de perfil y las notificaciones, solo si las permites (tu consentimiento, que puedes retirar).

4. Quién lo ve

Otros jugadores ven tu apodo, la bandera de tu país, tu foto de perfil (o la cara de tu gato), la imagen y el nivel de tu gato y tus puestos en clasificaciones y concursos. Tus amigos ven además cuándo estuviste en el juego por última vez y sus chats contigo. Tu correo nunca se muestra a otros jugadores.

Usamos proveedores que tratan datos por nuestra cuenta: nuestro proveedor de alojamiento (servidor y base de datos del juego), Cloudflare (la red delante del servidor), un servicio de envío de correo (códigos y respuestas) y Apple y Google (inicio de sesión, compras, notificaciones). Solo pueden usar los datos para prestarnos su servicio. Algunos pueden tratar datos fuera de tu país, con las garantías que exige la ley.

Solo compartimos datos con autoridades cuando la ley lo exige.

5. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Los datos de la cuenta, tu gato, amigos y chats se guardan hasta que eliminas tu cuenta; entonces se borran del servidor. Los registros del servidor se guardan hasta 90 días. Las estadísticas pueden conservarse de forma que ya no te identifiquen. Apple y Google guardan sus propios registros de compras según sus políticas.

6. Tus derechos

Puedes ver, corregir y descargar tus datos, oponerte a su uso o limitarlo, retirar tu consentimiento y eliminar tu cuenta con todos sus datos en cualquier momento: en el juego (Perfil → Eliminar cuenta) o en nuestra página para eliminar la cuenta. Para todo lo demás, escríbenos. Si crees que tratamos tus datos de forma incorrecta, también puedes reclamar ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país.

7. Menores

Catoomi es un juego tranquilo para todos. Cualquiera puede jugar como invitado sin dar datos personales. Los amigos, el chat y los concursos necesitan una cuenta: si tienes menos de 13 años (o de la edad que fije tu país), pide permiso a tus padres o tutores antes de crearla. Si sabemos que un menor creó una cuenta sin ese permiso, la eliminamos. Los padres pueden escribirnos en cualquier momento.

8. Seguridad

Los datos viajan por conexiones cifradas (HTTPS), las contraseñas se guardan solo como hashes seguros y el acceso al servidor se limita a lo necesario para que funcione el juego.

9. Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política cuando cambie el juego. La fecha de arriba indica la última versión; de los cambios importantes te avisaremos en el juego.
