Delete your account
You can delete your Catoomi account and all its data at any time, in two ways.
In the game
Open the menu → Profile → Delete account, and confirm.
On this page
Enter the email of your account below: we'll send a 6-digit code to it. Enter the code to delete the account.
What is deleted
- Your account: nickname, email, password or the Google / Apple link, country, profile photo.
- Your cat and all its progress, items, coins and crystals.
- Friends, chats, gifts, contest entries, records and league places.
This can't be undone. Bought crystals and items go with the account. A club subscription is not cancelled by this: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.

Цього не можна скасувати. Куплені кристали й речі зникають разом з акаунтом. Підписку на клуб це не скасовує: скасуй її в налаштуваннях App Store чи Google Play. Apple і Google зберігають власні записи про покупки.

Öffne das Menü → Profil → Konto löschen und bestätige.

Gib unten die E-Mail deines Kontos ein: Wir schicken dir einen 6-stelligen Code. Gib den Code ein, um das Konto zu löschen.
Was gelöscht wird
- Dein Konto: Spitzname, E-Mail, Passwort oder die Google-/Apple-Verknüpfung, Land, Profilfoto.
- Deine Katze und ihr gesamter Fortschritt, Sachen, Münzen und Kristalle.
- Freunde, Chats, Geschenke, Wettbewerbsteilnahmen, Rekorde und Ligaplätze.
Das lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen. Gekaufte Kristalle und Sachen gehen mit dem Konto. Ein Club-Abo wird dadurch nicht gekündigt: Kündige es in den Einstellungen von App Store oder Google Play. Apple und Google bewahren eigene Kaufunterlagen auf.
Eliminar tu cuenta
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de Catoomi con todos sus datos en cualquier momento, de dos maneras.

Abre el menú → Perfil → Eliminar cuenta y confirma.

Introduce abajo el correo de tu cuenta: te enviaremos un código de 6 cifras. Introduce el código para eliminar la cuenta.
Qué se elimina
- Tu cuenta: apodo, correo, contraseña o el vínculo con Google / Apple, país, foto de perfil.
- Tu gato y todo su progreso, objetos, monedas y cristales.
- Amigos, chats, regalos, participaciones en concursos, récords y puestos en la liga.
No se puede deshacer. Los cristales y objetos comprados se van con la cuenta. Esto no cancela la suscripción al club: cancélala en los ajustes del App Store o Google Play. Apple y Google guardan sus propios registros de compras.
